Exercise, then a bubble bath w/candles followed with a good book. If you can afford it a nice trip out of state always help. Some communing with mother nature is always calming.

1. Bathing for long hours or Swimming and then taking a sound sleep for some time.(it works for me most of the times).
2. Iff its mental stress - write down wat is stressing u out n have some time thinking on ur own all alone till u find out a solution or make up ur mind on wat to do.
3.) Enjoy with frens - have a good time out n laugh a lot.

Well, Shopping is also wonderful.

eating choclates that helps in release of chemicals in brain that reduce stress

talking to your dearest friends or family members

~1)Sex, allways works.....2)Hot! lavender bubble bath with light candles no overhead light and a bath pillow to rest your head on.....3) Smoke some weed belive it or not its a great stress releaver~~~> ;o}

1- LOVE (be in love with yrself. spread love without expecting)

2- SPEND TIME WITH YR LOVED ONES OR MEDITATION (could be yr parents, yr friends or best is to spend time with nature or pets)

3- DO SOMETHING FOR THOSE WHO CANT RETURN THAT TO YOU. (this is a best thing that i can suggest you. if u do something for those whom u don't expect anything from it increases your SELF RESPECT and you walk with your head held high)

do something you enjoy (for me, go out a play basketball or football), go out in the town, maybe clubbing, and go take a nice long bubble bath (or even a day spa)
