While it looks like it's an ATX board, you'll probably have a difficult time installing a standard ATX motherboard in this case because companies like dell and IBM and gateway use a custom form factor and have their components built for their computer designs. If you're looking to replace a faulty motherboard or upgrade, you'll have better luck with buying a new case. Make sure the case you purchase has the right power supply voltage for the board you plan to get. good luck.

You'll need a mobo with a PCI-e slot. Probably a mobo with 2 standard PCI slots and 1 PCI-e for a video card. ASUS mobo is the best choice. You'll need a new copy of Win XP also. You didn't say what socket the mobo was or wheather it was an Intel or AMD, so I've included both. Try shopping at newegg.com for your parts. They are the most reasonable.
