BE VERY CAREFUL.

I bought a 'lip plumping product', paid an absolute fortune (£20), and it did absolutely NOTHING for me. I wouldn't bother if I were you.

I'll modify this message when I get home, telling you the name of the product (I'm at work right now).

UPDATE: The product is called Perfect Pout. It doesn't contain Cologene - an ingredient that one of the other answerer's has mentioned (perhaps that's the secret!). The 'Before' and 'After' illustrations on the box are a nonsense.

Avoid. It's nothing more than a rip off.

Well I tried that one they were selling at Wal-Mart and it worked for about ten minutes and only the first time I used it. Then the same company came out with one that was supposed to be twice as effective so I ordered it and it sucked. It was supposed to be put on over night every night and then keep your lips plump all day...I wish I could remember the name of it...Lip Explosion maybe? Anyways, I dont think any of them give you lasting results and you have to keep reapplying it so often, etc.

For around $1300 you can get your own fat injected in your lips and that is a really long lasting result but dont go too big at first cause they can save your fat and add more as you go.

For regular use (everyday) use palmers cocoa butter formula 'swivel stick' this isnt the lipbalm stick, its a chunky one that is suitable for all over use, ive been using it for about a month now & its converted me from carmex! It keeps your lips silky soft but has also plumped mine, it doesnt say anything on it about plumping but it abviously works! For visible immediate results go to Ebay - health & beauty - & type in 'stung', Ive bought some & it really works, not like benefit/duwop/too faced. Im a makeup artist & not easily impressed so hope this helps! :o)

The budget way to an illusion of fuller lips is to go for a pale shimmery gloss - very high shine. Or if you want something that will last for about 6 months or so, you could get Restylane injected into your lip. Costs about 320.00 (pounds stirling) and is pretty painful. Expect some serious swelling for two days, but after that you get a nice natural looking, but fuller pout.

Sally Hansen makes some lip-plumping lipgloss. Go to the closest Wal-Mart or Wal-Greens and buy some from there.

The Body Shop's Skin Focus Lip Enhancer, it instantly smoothes fine lines and softens lips, it has a lovely spearmint taste/smell and makes your lips tingle, and you only need a tiny bit.

Time to pucker up and get kissing!

Lip Injection by Two Faced, is excellent it makes my lips look like I've had collogen injections (but not fish face like I swear) its fab! It tingles a little bit when you first put it on (like you have kissed a chilli pepper) but that soon fades and you have a pout to die for for up to 4 hours.

You can get it from saveonmakeup.com
