A good one that's probably not all that authentic is Aux Delices on Polk Street, they have great vietnamese (influenced) crepes. There are some good "hole in the wall" ones in the tenderloin, especially for Pho.

agree with Slanted Door. If it's hard to get the reservation, you can go to "Out the Door", the take out branch of Slanted Door. It's located in the Ferry Building too.
