The Maxx was an image comic.

Image was notorious for letting there artists make their own schedules. Many of their comics didn't hit the shelves on time or didn't stick around very long.

I think the Maxx just played itself out. After the comic they made a cartoon of the comic, and after that I never saw the maxx character again. Maybe the artist moved on to something else?

i dont really know a whoel lot about it...but i do have a set of The MAXX comic cards...im a collector...and his stuff seems pretty kool

i don't know what happen Lot of comic book craters die and there are no more comics
