Now how you can find out:
6=2*3
Therefore,it must be multiple of 2 and 3
The number is multiple of two if the last digit divides by 2(0,2,4,6,8)
And the number is multiple of 3 if the sum of all the digits divides by 3
882->the sum is in this case 8+8+2=18:3=6

The answer is 882, but you don't need a calculator to figure it
333 is odd so you can rule it out immediately. there are no odd multiples of an even number.
424=420+4.
420 is divisible by 6 but 4 is not so 420 is not a multiple.
106=(6x17)+4
Again, 102 is a multiple of 6 but 4 is not.
Divide 882 by 6 you get 140 +42/6=140 +7=147
6x147=882 so you know this is correct.

To find a multiple of six, first it has to be an even number (2 is a factor), then the digits have to add up to a number that is divisible by 3 (3 is also a factor).

333 no, 424 no, 882 yes, 106 no
