Can the doctor seet if your hymen is broken or is still intact?without you even telling?

Oh yes - With a visual exam in his office. No muss no fuss - it's a fast little exam. But you will know if the exam is happening....

Yes they can tell by looking, however since many girls do not have intact hymens even without intercourse or they may have very little hymen tissue to begin with, there is no way of your doctor if you have had sexual intercourse.

All the doctor has to do is do a vaginal exam. Your hymen can be broken from tampon use as well as vaginal intercourse, if you were looking for an excuse for a broken hymen.
