No. I think only 2 of the actor on Queer as Folf were actually gay.
And David from Six Feet Under is married with children. So's Will from Will & Grace

I also don't think that all the actors who play super heroes are necessarily super heroes in their actual lives, "not that there's anything wrong with that."*
It took courage for then unknown Billy Crystal to appear as a regular character who was gay back in 1977-81 series on "Soap." Now the idea of a gay character isn't shocking as it was then.

Some are and some aren't. After all , actors act. On Will and Grace the actor who played Jack is gay while the actor playing Will is not.
