I agree with all the other answers. Ebay is a great bet.
But you can also try iTunes. I know that you can buy old Disney cartoons/short films from there. (It's where I got "The Brave Little Tailor". Classic!)I don't think that you can put them onto DVD, but you will have them on your computer.
Just go to the TV section of iTunes and look for/under Disney..it should be there. Or you can search.
