The Treasures of the Czars refer to an exhibit held by the Florida International Museum which opened its doors in January 1995 with its premier exhibition of the riches of the rulers of Russia. Over 6.00 million visitors came to the downtown St. Petersburg museum to see the Romanov artifacts, concerning the true facts of Russia and the dynasties that ruled the land and represented its people

If you have a great love of History then you will be highly fascinated by the royal history of Russia. Growing up in an era where I've only known Russia to be strictly Communism it is sometimes difficult to imagine that Russia at one time in it's history did indeed have a Royal family that was the richest in the world surpassing every royal household in the world including that of the German Windsors. Today more than ever since the fall of communism in Russia it is all the more possibe to learn and study the royal history of Russia and the 300 year rule of the various Czars who have ruled the Russian Empire. Very interesting history and rich in historical references to an era that no longer exists. (Victorian or the gilded era)
