tender sore breasts
head aches
pain in the ceriv area(as the womb contract and expells blood and sometimes clots)
depression is common(vary)
extreame tiredness
sickness..

these are just some examples..what you must not say is "you are hysterical,or typical woman thing"...be understanding..and run a nice abth..offer a masage..or maybe just slob on the couch and watch a movie.

i am sure if you speak to women these symtoms i describes happen to a lesser or more intense degree.

Id just love to see how youd react if it felt like there was a rugby game being played in your tummy!
And the headaches and the backaches and the hormones and emotional problems that come with it - - you men dont know how lucky you are - and THEN ye get on our cases for being moody!!?
Theres no winning!!

Its down to our hormones, when we are on our Monthly a lot of changes happen in our bodies. Most of us have this since early teens or younger and have them every month apart from when we are pregnant and this goes on til our menopause 45+ so how would you feel if you had this, of course when we have unsympathic partners that just adds to it.

hormones are going mad, you have cramping, a headache that feels like someone is splitting your head with an Axe. You feel like your insides are about to drop out of you. You gain water and your clothes are tight. You can't take a dump, and nothing makes you feel better and all you want to do is sleep for the week. I hope this helps

our period is not a pleasant thing. we get cramps... quite painful. we have blood pouring out of us!

how happy can someone be while having to endure a whole week of this?

plus all the hormones and stuffs messes with our brains! we get cravings, mood swings, depression, BLOATING,

men have NO room to complain about women being moody during their period!

Well its not so much Im moody...its my bf because he cant do anything with me.
I am fine until he mentions that I am on it, like I dont know.
So really its the men, read immature men, who make us moody when on it.
Its only 5 to 7 days guys...not life.

Because we got hormones running amok through our system, we are experiencing almost constant discomfort or pain, and we got some rude jerk asking us dumb questions.

Just because our reactions are a little extreme doesn't mean you're not a jacka$$. Let's see you bleed for seven days with a smile on your face....

2006-09-28 06:56:33 · answer #10 · answered by teresathegreat 7 · 0 0

errr maybe it's because we are about to bleed for 5 days or so...

plus we suffer from the most painful cramps to the point where I can hardly stand up from the pain. I'm sure you wouldn't be in the best of moods if you had them.
