Not new trend at all. Swimmers have been know to shave not just legs but pubes to gain and advantage.

Today guys are vain like women and want to be part of trend so what is the big deal with shaving ones pubes. Have doing for some time and enjoy the look.

I'm 60 years old and hate pubic hair. I've totally shaved my pubes for several years and enjoy the look, feel, etc. My 39 year old Hispanic fiance' loves it. She too shaves it all. We both enjoy a clean shaved private area on our selves and other men.

I would say it is. My husband started shaving his you know what area about 2 months ago. He had noticed other guys in the golf locker room who were doing it. He surprised me one night and did it to himself. I found out when we were doing you know what and my hand felt no hair at all, just like a new born's rear end. Oh, can it say that? Sorry.

It the vainest thing I can think of. But vanity is not the women's privilege any more, is it? Also it would make your penis look longer so that's a plus I guess. I can't see me adopting that practice, though, I can't even be bothered shaving.

Depends on your definition of 'new'. I've known guys for many years who've done it...chicks don't like hair in their teeth any more than dudes do...lol!

i enjoy keeping myself free of hair, it looks cleaner, less disease, and most girls love a guy with smooth skin, its also a hair in the mouth issue

I don't think that's a new thing and there was never anything wrong with a little manscaping.
