One per day. Grew up with a mom saying alway make sure you have clean underware on, you never know what's going to happen. LOL.

i've gone for a week but not becuz i'm gross but since there was a hurricane that knocked out the power for almost a month and i had to use one underwear per week the water was cold as f**k so i just tried to avoid showering as much as possible.

No doubt your spare pants, shorts, leotards or what ever would have been better.
Even Nothing At All is better then the same damn thing for 1 week.

I asked a friend of mine how many pair of underwear he owned and he said only four because he does a wash twice a week. I asked another friend and she said she had seven pair for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. She asked me how many pair I owned and I said "Twelve". She said, "Why twelve?" I said, " January, February, March.......

3 days, camping also and all my extra pairs got wet in the tent when it rained. It sucked!â¥

you can wear um twice if on the second day you flip them inside out right >>>> just and observation 24 hours final answer
