You can join as an undergraduate or graduate member in historically Black Greek orgs. To join as an undergrad you need to be at an accredited 4-year institution. You can join a grad chapter once you have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited college. It does cost more to join a graduate chapter because it is thought that those who join at that point have completed that portion of their education and would have a real job. To get more information on specifics, contact a local chapter. If you don't know how to do that, you can contact the National Headquarters of any of the organizations and they will connect you with a chapter local to you.

A BGLO sorority or fraternity you can join in grad school. But you will have to go through the grad chapter process. Talk to a member of the organization you are interested in and they can inform you of the process. Or visit the official website of that org.
