its certainly low budget, and about romance...

well... as a guy i will tell you this: to me it WOULD be romantic if my girlfriend would fulfill one of my sexual fantasies.

invite him 2 dinner at ur place or 1 of ur riends' place and make the place romantic with red lights, red roses and slow love music.
then give him his the night of his dreams with u

make him something, maybe a cake or something from salt dough or paper mache will mean loads as you put the effort in to making it
