a trailer does not determine the trashiness of the individual.

It doesn't. There are some very pretty double-wides. The American public have a stereotype about trailers. They see a trailer park as a run down place for trashy people. This is not true.
Everything in this country has stereotypes associated with it.

No. There are some certainly trashy trailer parks out there, but there are some that have better yards, gardens, lots and upkeep that a lot of upscale neighborhoods. Lots of senior citizens live in damn nice trailer courts, with monthly lot rents higher than the average apartment rental cost for the area.
Living in a trailer doesn't make you trash - how you act makes you trashy. You can be, say, Paris Hilton, and still be trash.

No, living in a trailer with junk cars and trash all around it makes you trashy. There are mobile homes in CA that are over $200,000.00. I see nothing trashy about doing the best you can and having a roof over your head, it's better than living beyond your means!

No, it just seems like alot of people who live in trailers are all messed up. A trailer is a cheap place to live compared to an apartment or house. That's why you find people who have lower standards of themselves living there. I personally like trailers, some of them look like dollhouses and it would be fun to keep them clean and kept up.

No, living in a trailer makes you poor. Blowing everyone in the county makes you trashy.

Absolutely not! My 'trailer' was bigger (2000 sq ft) and nicer than the house I'm living in now, post divorce. It had a fireplace, jacuzzi, you name it. I miss my jacuzzi. Plus, the ratings on things like insulation and windows can a lot of the time be higher on 'trailers'.

No. I have been in a single wide for 19 years. And I've seen trashed up regular houses. Its not the house, its the people in it.
