We all have different biologies; some people have more energy.

Though it might be a mild form of something related to Tourette's. Or it might simply be what people (wrongly, I think) call "nervous energy."

If not autistic, maybe high levels of dopamine or seratonin. Possibly just a way of keeping mind occupied on the moment's happenings. Sometimes people with high IQs minds are constantly at work and may need to concentrate on a constant task to stay focused on another.

Actually, the problem is is most likely restless leg syndrom. Many people have it and aren't aware of it. It can make you jerk your legs when you're sleeping or shake them when you are sitting down. It often doesn't have any serious problems that come with it but, can be annoying to people around you. Possibly is due to a vitamin deficiency, there are drugs to help this but, I wouldn't recommend them as their side affects would be worse than the actual condition.

nervous habit or maybe it is soothing to them. I move my legs all the time especially when I want to go to sleep. or it could be restless leg syndrome
