JESUS! the people on here! It's like when you ask for directions and they don't know where you wanna go so they just have a mad guess! talk about the blind leading the blind!

As for your problem, it could be any number of things. If you can answer me a fewquestions i should be able to point you in the right direction. How many miles has the car covered? Did this problem start suddenly or was it a gradual decline? When the car is running now does it run well? How old are the spark plugs and leads? How old is the fuel filter? Has the car ever over heated? Do you run the car on cheap 'supermarket' petrol?

Is the starter turning the engine or is it slipping i,e making a grinding awful noise?? if it is worn get the starter replaced. if it aint slippin try gettin it serviced you can get all the parts for around 50 or 60 quid from a trade counter like andrew page or partco ,thats providing you know someone with an inkling of mechanical knowledge to do it for you. a garage will charge more than 100 pounds for a service and prob not replace half the stuff they should...good luck..

The problem is, you bought a Corsa! Why?

If there is still petrol in it then open the filler and drop a match in it. Then buy another car.

There are SO many better cars available for the same money.

By the way your question was as phrased, I would suggest spending £60.00 with home-tune once a year, stops all the hassle and just keeps you on the road.
can't recommend it enough.

sounds like you need to clean or replace your spark plugs, they are not firing properly, nothing to worry about and not too costly, try this first before you spend on anything else, trust me
