The answer to this question is heavily dependent on how old, or rather how old your youngest friend is and how much money you guys are willing to spend. A few examples are as follows:
If everyone is over 21, a trip to Laughlin, NV is GREAT during the summer / spring time. It is like Vegas but it is right next to the Colorado River making it an ideal spot for water activities as well as gambling. During the winter, you can plan a trip to any local summit and go snow boarding / skiing together. If you want some good snow, buy some airplane tickets and head out to Europe. Hell even a road trip to Mexico or Canada is nice this time of year.
I could write several pages on places to go but I’d rather not. If you want more information, provide more information such as: what state you live in, how old is the youngest friend, how many friends are going, and how much money you guys are willing to spend.

Go to Gran Canaria - it's great fun. If you stay in the south in the resort of Maspolomas, there are mountains of sand dunes on the beach and you can just spend all day sliding down them and trying to climb back up as the sand pulls you back in. Then there are heaps of clubs and bars to go to at night - and cheap bus and taxi services. The duty free is dirt cheap there - £7 for a 1litre bottle of Smirnoff vodka!!!!!!!The weather is great most of the year round, and it's cheap to go there - if you live in Europe, I suppose it works out a rather expensive transatlantic trip if you live in the US, but the place is great - I love it You can also go camel riding!!!!!!!

Spain is good but not this time off year, wait till the summer and try it out, but be warned there are lots of sexy and not so sexy men living out here that thrive on the groups of girl hoilday makers to pull and have lots of no strings fun with,while your out here, as do my mates and i when there are groups of men on hoilday, hahahahaha.
