Well, If you believe that stuff then yes it's supposed to be. It should be a well grounded relationship. in that Capercorn is an Earth sign and Aquarius an Air sign. Air signs are compatible with the other 3 types, so in general all air signs make good matches, but mixing with other elements can add emphasis to a relationship. eg. water and fire can be steamy and passionate, but may also fight a lot.
