are quiji bourds dangerous?

i am a 14 yr old girl who is thinking about doing a quiji(spelling mistake)at my friends house my mates include male and two females how do i do it and is it ok 4 me 2 do it ,my mum said it is ok aslong as we dont do it in her house ,she said she had a bad experience

also could u give me hints and tips about how to do it and what to do you do with to invite the good spirits

They can be if you take what they say too seriously. I've done it hundreds of times and my theory as to how it works is that it by the collective power of the conscious minds present. For example, if you ask how it died most people think murder, it will then spell out murder. The danger is in believing that what is said is true. Never ask if there is a personal message for someone, there always is and it's never pleasant. Don't under any circumstances pressure anyone to do it. If they are nervous it could scare the hell out of them for a long time to come. I'm surprised your Mother said it's okay if she has had a bad experience.

please do not tamper with the unknown, i also had a bad experience. in the usa you can buy ouija as a board game in stores, you do actually summon dead peaple into where ever your are , do you realise that????? if you get a bad spirit and do not rid him properly its scary and could cause harm. i took thw baby i was looking after up to her room singing dadadadididada put her down for nap, went to continue with game!!!! the pointer spelled out exactly what id been singing, i was in contact with a bad spirt who didnt wana leave the board he was a murderer and had been in jail etc........ but all i can do is say be very carfull, remember these points please. 1st sak if its a good spirit before you talk? if its a bad spirit say goodbye and move the glass to the goodbye on the board and make sure its gone. but we have all done it. so just be safe and in the field far away from your home eh x a student flat was possesed by a spirit and was set on fire a priest had to be called in.

It depends on who you ask and what their beliefs are. I am a Christan but I strongly believe that if you give something power it's real. I had my experiences as a child with Ouija boards and I was scared but I think it's because I had older people messing with me. I'm torn on an answer to give you. You are 14 and you know the difference between wrong and right at this age, do what you feel to be right. I know even though I was scared while playing with the Ouija I always had a fun because of the rush I got from being scared. But again consider your motives good/bad and you make your decision.

Yes. Evil spirits do exist and summoning them is a dangerous practice even if things don't ALWAYS go badly.

I'm curious, tho? If your mom had a bad experience with a ouiji board in the past, why would she let you do off somewhere and do it. I hope I'm not hurting your feelings but it seems to me she should have either said NO, or allowed you to do it at home so she could keep an eye on you.

It's not the board that is dangerous, it's what you might contact that could be a potential danger. Don't play with dark entities. Don't play around with something if you don't know what your dealing with. I don't believe anything can physically hurt you from using it. -In that sense it's not "dangerous" BUT I do believe you can pick up unwanted negative energy.

Ouija...(I looked up the spelling for you dear)...Sylvia Browne would say they are Evil...but I just think it's a lot of fluff. Needless to say...since I think it's all fluff I don't play with them myself.

Everyone is going to have a story...so if you want a story too then you'll probably need to play. (play with a lot of people...for more creepy effect) if you only have a couple of people you know whose actually pushing the pointer around.

I had to ban them from the office, where three of my girls got into using one at lunch time. They were predicting their friends deaths (all incorrectly) and getting totally hysterical. Nothing they predicted ever came true! The dangerous thing was that these educated girls could be so self deceiving.

if your seruious about doing one not just doing it for a laugh and believe in it then you will need to do certain things before hand like cleansing the room and the board. ive done them several times and contacted good and bad spirits. its by no means to be messed around with in anyway.
