I think it is called Culture-Fair IQ Test.
This 20-item test was designed primarily to measure Spearman's g factor. The g factor, short for the general factor, was hypothesized by Spearman to be common to all intellectual activities. The easier items on this culture-fair test involve the ability to discriminate accurately, while the more difficult items involve analogies, patterns, and other logical relations.
Typically, cross-cultural or culture-free intelligence tests attempt to minimize the variables upon which different cultures vary, such as language, reading, speed and test content. This is done with the aim to reduce the extent to which tests are biased in favour of a particular culture or sub-culture.
Using abstract relations, this test is designed to test your general intelligence, which is hypothesized to underlie other more specific abilities, such as verbal, mathematical or spatial. However, spatial aptitude, inductive reasoning, perceptual accuracy and other group factors have been shown to influence performance on similar tests.
