Mince garlic and add it inside your clear nail polish bottle, let it sit for about a week and then paint your nails with it, it will make your nails grow healthy and strong and they won't break or chip.

use nail hardener. Also put them in a bowl with olive oil for 15 mins once a week. gives them shine as well.

try the new stuff out w/ green tea; my nails are the longest, strongest they have ever been in my life; I just put the stuff on twice a day and rub it in per the directions
