You need at least MSc Psychology that is enough. If you need further specialisation, try MSW and MHRM . MSW is Master of Social work in Madras university and MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management) in Pondichery University. MSc Psy is offered in Madras University . all the three except MSW is offered only via correspondence or postal study and have project & compulsary contact classes. In PA, you need to have a master's degree in guidance counseling and you either have to already have a teaching certificate or get it along the way. I know they have the program at Shippensburg University, so you might want to check their website www.ship.edu
