There are a lot of tall horse breeds. I think the tallest horse was a little over 19 hands. I am not sure if he is still living. Try World Book of World Records, the might have a website.

It depends on the sire and dam of the horse. Each horse is different and genetics come into play with how tall a horse can be.

The worlds tallest horse (or so they claim) is 6 feet five inches at the wither (top point of the shoulder) or 19 hands high.

The tallest I hae heard of is a horse named Goliath I think he is a Shire or a cross and he was something like 19 hands tall. That is huge.a hand is four inches so 19 hands would be 76 inches or 6 feet three inches tall.

it depends on the breed of the horse, his type and his parents heighth. Draft horses are the most likely to be the tallest, although some warmbloods are HUGE. One of my friends has a draft horse that is 6 feet at the withers. both of his parents were about an inch shorter than he is. the largest horses on average that are light horses are generally 17 hands.

Well it depends on the breed, they are measured in hands. A hand means 4 inches. The smallest horse can be 14.2 hands. The reason they use that is because your hand has four fingers, you don't count your thumb. The tallest horses are about 17.2 hands. Glad I could help...............

Lack of sleep can prevent proper growth. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Drinking milk may help you get taller, but it might make you fatter. Drink one or two glasses of milk a day.
Hanging onto a bar or something helps to lengthen your spine and will, in the long run, increase your height.
