World please understand once for all - Pakistan is in a state of perpetual jehad with the rest of the world which is not islamic...
in order to control their population the paki government gives a lot of hate propoganda to their entire population since the time they are born... the islamic jehadi organisations are given govenment support to spread propoganda about the evil ways of the west and how the west is try to destroy islam...
All education in pakistan leads to one place - that we are at jehad with the west and we must defeat them in any way possible hook or crook...
so for a paki supporting a 9/11 bombing or a london bombing or cheating in a cricket match is all part of the jehad
on the cricket ground they see the opponents are anti-islamic crusader and seimetic forces who are out to humiliate Islam by defeating them...
If this is how they see sport naturally they aim at winning anyhow - even if it means tampering the ball or bribing the opp team to fix the match or anything else .....

The enquiry shows that there was no evidence of ball tampering and hence Pakistan has been cleared from the charge of cheating

Errr...peaopel, please engage brain! The ICC referee has thrown out the charges of ball tampering (ie cheating) and said that on the balance of probabilities, it did not happen.
End of story....they did not cheat in the eyes of the laws of cricket and those who interpret it.
That is not to say that individulas are not entitled to their opinion that the team did cheat...or to their opinion that Hair is a bigot.

I don't think they have cheated and I am sorry for Inzy. I love watching cricket while he is playing he is so calm. It seems some great person is on the ground. I am really sorry for him.

OK I accept the verdict that they did not. However it was very dangerous to the game of cricket for them to escalate the problem to one of national pride, etc.
