how can i do that? in other words i want to copy & paste the same table .

Paste Special - Formats

Highlight the data's that u typed then select edit - copy and then make it paste where u want the data's

> Right click on the sheet tab (Sheet1, Sheet2, ...)
> Select "Move or Copy" option
> If you want to copy the sheet to another Excel Workbook then select the 1st option "To Book"
> else if you want to copy the sheet in the same workbook then select the option "Create a copy", this will make a copy of the sheet in the same workbook with a new name.

use the format painter (looks like a brush in the toolbar)

or the same

use the paste espical (format)

go to copy special and click on formats

just select both the tables........and apply the formating acc.to you.....
both tables will have the same formating..........

cant substitute the shortcut residences Alt-v is Alt-v when you replica, you basically could hit Alt-E s v enter in rapid ssuccession. it grow to be greater undemanding for me to place a button on my toolbar.
