This may sound rather extreme, I would leave it alone and go to the doctor, to prevent further infection. My aunt just recently had to have surgery for an ingrown hair, she kept trying to remove it with tweezers and antibiotic creams, it just continuing to get worse until she had a knot the size of an orange under her armpit. For some reason the infection continued to grow, and the doctor had to lance it twice and then ended up having to take her to surgery and suction and cut it out. Very gross but very true. So, my advice is go to the doctor and he is probably the best suited to help you. Good luck.

What is your age? the hair under arm pits start growing a year after puberty for both male and female. As don't know your age, my advice is wait for another 6 months and if no growth, try to shave that area or use a good hair remover creme, that will do the job. Hairs in pubic areas, arm pits, moustache, beard etc start after puberty. Both moustache & face fungus start grow fully after 4/5 years after puberty and other hairs in other areas except head starts growing from the moment of puberty and attains full growth after 6 months of it. This answer is not sensual.

leave it alone untill, it forms a pimple... then squeeze/ pop it, that will force the ingrown hair out and at that time you can tweeze it out... if you scratch it or scrape it with anything you can cause a bad infection and will continue to make ingrown hairs to to the damage you caused from scraping it... just wait it out and itll come out on its own or squeeze it when it forms the pimple... whichever comes 1st...

It is common because you shave. You do need to remove the hair or it can cause a very bad infection. Use a pin and a tweezer good luck and best wishes.

You should be able to pop it almost like a pimple if it is red. Then just clean the area really good and maybe put a bandaid on it so your deodorant doesnt get on it

get some rubbing alcohol and a needle, sterilize the needle and just pull the hair out, less painful than squeezing it.

pull it out with tweezers. you may need to gently scratch off the surface skin first.

Leave it alone. It should go away on its own. If you try squeezing it it will really hurt.

tweezers are the answer, soften up your skin with hot water first and then grab it and pull.
