Hi All,
I am installing a vanity and tiling as well. The floor is completly tiled.
Is it best to install the vanity before tiling the wall? Does it improve the appearance?
Thanks
Bryn

Install the vanity first according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. You'll probably need to screw it to the wall for stability. You'll be able to use the vanity top as your reference line to lay your first row of tile. I think it's more pleasing to look at that way, plus you'll use less tile by installing the vanity first.

I depends on the allowed space you have. If you tile first then put up the vanity it will stick out a little bit further. Plus you will have to brace it to the wall if it is not a free standing vanity. If you tile around the vanity you can make the tiles match up directly with the vanity. I think our are tiled around the vanity.
