All kinds, I like to switch it up a little but I can't stand country.

Yes. Online. I vary it depending on my mood or what I'm working on. Classical, Jazz, Funk, 80s (pop and alternative), and oldies.
Classical if I need to buckle down and churn out the work. Jazz for when I need to be using both sides of my brain. Funk when I don't feel like working and need to get motivated. 80s for Friday afternoons usually. And Oldies when I need some comfort.

I listen to this great rock station that plays everything from the Grateful Dead to Ozzy to Everclear to Hinder - it's perfect!

I do. I put in either my Snow Patrol Or Blue October CD (alternative) or I stream my local alternative station LIVE 105.3 (San Jose)
