The words are not in proper grammatical order and they don't make a sentence, however, the literal translation is:

You are (jestes) sure (pewien) deafening (og..) woman (Kob...)and me (i ja) wish (zyczyc) your (twoj) we were (bylismy).

Either you made a typo,or it just doesn't make sense.Thi is what it says:
You are a deafening women and I wish your together
