is it constant worry? your just anxious all day or say worry caused by something, your not worrying till something happens ... kids go to school .. spouse cant find wallet ...
one is anxiety .. which you need to see a doctor ... the other could be OCD where you just obsess all day on the missing wallet ... kids getting killed at school ... then you compulse ... do I call the school ... I look ever where for hours to find the walllet,,,,

There is medicines that help that dont mess up your day ., by making you sleepy. talk to some one professional if this is really a bad problem ... But for general worry just try and see the good side of things.

Just know that worrying about tomorrow or thinking about the past is never going to help u and no one achieves more than destiny and less then luck in thier life. So just live, enjoy everyday without a care in your mind abut anything.

Take some time out of every day and do something nice for yourself- whether it be treating yourself to a nice cup of gourmet coffe to buying flowers for yourself. Also, about 5 minutes a day, try and practice breathing excersises- try and clear your mind and concentrate on the breath coming into your body and leaving your body. It helps to relieve anxiety and can leave you feeling more centered.
