I was so damn hard I though it would burst at the seams. I have had sex since (in the last 15 years) where I haven't gotten hard, or as hard as I would like. So I kinda slip out.
But this is usually due to boredom or tiredness.
It is not uncommon to have performance anxiety your first time. Do HEAPS of foreplay then try and get some action.
And make sure you are both above the age of consent. Or you could be charged with rape. And then big guys named bubba will be getting hard for you.

normal, i had the same problem my first time too, but eventually it got hard...but i guess i was so nervous that it really affected the whole mood. We went at it for about an hour until the condom dried out, and i never came. but it was only a first time problem. never happened again. you have nothing to worry about.

it's not that uncommon for a guy to be either so nervous that he can't get things to work or to never get off.. or to be so worked up he gets off before he starts... in all honesty this is probably because you aren't mentally ready for it yet.. but don't worry, nothing is physically wrong with you. also.. make sure to use protection! no reason to be another statistic and end up a daddy or with an std!
