RE:
Do men who have lost both testicles still have orgasms?
I was discussing this with a co-worker and was just wondering if anybody knew. I'm thinking, it's kinda obvious that nothing would come out but, would they still have the sensation of having an orgasm?

Since the testicles produce male hormones, men who have lost both of their testes should have reduction in sex drive and difficulty in getting and/or maintaining erection even!
When both testicles are lacking, the next step is usually testosterone replacement therapy, which can be discussed with one's primary health care provider or urologist. Then I've many doubts if that man will be able to lead a complete sexual act with a final orgasm-like sensation!!

There seems to be confusion here on ejaculate. The fluid or ejaculate comes from the prostate gland not the testicles. The testicles produce the sperm. Following a vasectomy there is indeed ejaculate but not sperm and although I don't know this for a fact I would assume the same would be true of a orchidectomy which is the removal of the testicles.

Yes, Castration is when the testicles are removed. but the penis still functions and erections occur, and the other glands still secret all the parts of semen. If a young boy is castrated he will not go through puberty will look boy like his whole life and will have a boys voice his whole life. If a man that has gone through puberty is castrated he will feminize slightly but all the tools still work.

Not possible to have an erection without testicles as it is the fundamental component of testosterone--the male sex hormone. Without testicles men lose more than their sex drive they lose their manly-hood and I mean that literally. The absence of testosterone means an excessive amounts of estrogen causing the man to become more feminine in nature.
Regarding what the poster above said about vasectomy's, he's incorrect. A vasectomy is not the removable of the testicles--its the restrictions placed on the tubes that prevent semen from exiting the penis but rather absorbed by the body, in fact the testicles are still 100% functional.

yes they can and be careful of sexual harrasment in the workplace.
If you have had both testicles removed, you need to be placed on testosterone replacement therapy. This is necessary to give you a normal sex drive and so that you can get an erection.
Note to person below: they do not remove testicles in vasectomies.

I would think so provided they were given hormones...the orgasm doesn't take place in the testicles...it takes place in the spinal cord...there is a loop of nerves from penis to spinal cord.
