Can you still get a ticket even if its private property? Like in a gated community or in a work parking lot?

When I first read your question, I thought you were referring to the ones way in the boondocks like a gravel roadway, back where the cows are and nobody else lives nearby for the next 5 miles.

you can not get a ticket on area with no road tax required
but human do follow warning sign for safety reason
