I use this type of nail quite often in lieu of acrylic. I bite my nails and must have something there to stop me.

To your question-
The nails will certainly stay on if you use nail glue and not any kind of sticky tabs which are useless. I buy the glue in the white bottle with the green cap... I think it's 5 Second Nail Glue. I always lightly file the nail as nail dust helps it to adhere. Make sure you put the bottom of the false nail right at your cuticle so it looks real. You can use the nail to push your cuticle back a little too. Put a drop of glue on your nail, using the false nail quickly spread the glue up so your nail has an even layer, place the false nail (make sure it's straight) and hold for about 10 seconds. * Nail glue is vicious stuff! If you get any on your skin let dry and use a file to get it off later... also, it will come off naturally within the day so don't panic. Do not wipe it on fabric of any kind as it will be there forever* Run a file over the top of the false nails after you apply them because they usually have a ragged edge that needs removing.
I have used this method for YEARS in times when I wasn't having my nails done at a salon or didn't have time to. People rarely know they are fake because they are so much thinner than acrylic and have a perfect shape.
You shouldn't have any popping issues in the first week if you did them patiently and well. I usually start losing them in the second week, but just reglue. Lifespan is about 2 weeks for these.
With what you save you can pay for your date's boutinniere!
Have a great time!

YES THEY WILL STAY.
Get the French Tips by Kiss

Use the Glue that comes with it. Put it straight on ur nail.

I used to get my nails done at the shop all the time... spending too much money. My nails were thin from the filer tool and I was out of alot of money. they also tore my nail off if they got caught or loose

I started using FRENCH MANICURE by KISS from Wal Mart you get 36 nails and they have different types for different nail beds FLAT or HIGH ARCH.

They would Stay on NEVER FALL OFF for a week straight! they were a workable length and EVERYBODY always asked where did I get my nails done cuz they looked just as good as Salon quality. - They are a great solution and you are not stuck as with acrylic where u have such a hard time keeping a fill in and soaking hard to get off.

After a week you may lose one or two.. take the glue with you just in case. u can reglue it but after a week u can also just take them off.. and you are out of just $5 ... and still enough nails left to do another full set!!!

Have fun at homecoming

If you prep your nails properly (remove all the oil from them before applying the nail) they will stay on for quite a long time. In most cases they won't look nearly as nice as they would if the salon did them. But if it is for only one night, then go for it if you don't have the money to have it done professionally. Just keep a bottle of nail glue in your purse just in case. Take care!

A full set will only cost about 20.00 at most places now but if you really want press ons...get the ones that look like acrylic nails at Sally's Beauty Supply they have designs on them like french manicure or flowers whatever you like glue them on with some good nail glue get it from there also and they shuld stay on all night...avoid washing your hands alot after you put them on sometimes the water will get in and they will look bubbled up and will eventually lift.

They will stay on but you have to be careful because they snap off really easily for example, openning cans is NOT a good idea with them!! ubt apart from that theyre rele good just make sure you don't get really fake-looking ones.... unless thats the look ure going for!!

well i suggest getting them done professionaly since its a special event for you, if money is the issue heres the tip carry a small clutch with you its a small fancy purse and put in it some nail glue and extra nails, i have worn them before and they can easily get knocked off espically dancing so just be prepared, have fun.

depends, if you are not use to having long nails the way you do simple tasks with your hands are different.

so,..if you are not use to them they will probally pop off. I would consider getting a set of acrylic nails from a salon about 2 weeks before and get use to them,..then have them filled right before your big day

They'll stay on, if you are very careful.. I tried them myself for my first formal, I ended up going to the bathroom and taking all of them off and throwing them out!

Its totally up to you though! If you have the money its fun to have them prof. done. (I loved it so much that I always have them on!) or you could just paint them a nice color to match your dress... or grab a french tip kit from walmart, and paint tips on yourself!

have a great time at the dance!

Total waste of money... don't bother with them. they don't fit your nails, and they'll end up bugging you so badly that you pick them off anyway. Eitehr get them done, or just use a french manicure kit to get the same effect.
