As this is in the sports section, I assume that you mean wear it for real in a gym or something.
Speaking as a tranny, I would love that everyone should be able to do this; I like to go out dressed, but then I also like to go the whole hog with wig and make-up. You've not mentioned that so you just want to wear the leotard.

Just wear your normal clothes on top.
But just imagine the shame to your mother if you were to be knocked down by a bus, Oh! worse than wearing"dirty underwear"
