That depends. Are you looking for Sega emulators (free and legal) and ROMS (free and illegal) to play on them or are you looking for legit, but not free games?
The legit way would be to get the Sega Collection that's coming out soon for the PS2 and PSP and has 20 or so classic Sega games on there.
I don't know if Yahoo has a thing against naming ROM sites, but I can point you to a site that discusses ROM sites. Go to 1UP.com and search their clubs section for a Roms & Emulators club. You should find anything you need there.

try www.onsaletag.com, they have many listings for sega genesis, sega genesis 16-bit, sega cd, sega saturn, and dreamcast.
