This question needs to be rephrased.
Age and being in love with a baby's father does not have anything to do with each other. You have to have been in love (or think you were) with him when you made that baby no matter what age. Should the feeling stop? In an ideal world, you are supposed to love the person for a very long time unless other circumstances occur but having the baby is certainly not a reason to say you should not love them anymore.
Lastly - are you ever too young? 14 - 18 TOO YOUNG to be in love and having a baby. 19 - 23 not too young but may or may not be mature enough. 23 and above, some people are capable of being mature at this age in which case they are able to decide when to have a kid (which does not necessarily mean they will then because accidents do happen) and will take necessary precautions to avoid it if need be.

Huh? If you had a child out of wedlock, that was not a good idea. And what do you mean, now that the baby is here? We would have hoped you had at least SOME feelings for the father BEFORE you made the baby! However, dear, are you associating love with sex? THEY ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS. Frankly, you sound totally screwed up!

in a perfect world the babys father would be your husband and you would only be having the baby because you are in love. This doesnt sound like what you are describing. There is never anything wrong with loving the father of your child, hopefully he loves you and the baby as well.

no if you love some one you souled love the baby's father just as much as you love the baby if you don't love him once the baby you need help you could have postpartum depression and that can be bad for you the baby and the baby's father so you do not do some thing you-mite wish you didn't

If you made a baby with this person you will be in love with this person forever in one way or another the feelings will not go away they will just change over the years.

I dont think the feeling should stop once you have a baby infact it might even get a little stronger when my mum and dad had me their love got stronger just make eachother happy and make sure he treats you right. Good luck

Why would that happen? No, it's ok to love at any time. It's not just tied to a baby.
