I think we're working on just that process. I mean the Iraq military is now in charge of leading security forces. Just keep in mind it's a process (a quick pull out leads to tragedies like Korea).

They have wanted us out for ages. The thing is that they wanted us to come to Iraq in the first place, but obviously you can't just turn up then leave. I don't think they even thought out how this would end.

its our sense of responsibility which keeps us there. Their gov wants us in until things will stabilize in the sense that their army is equipped and fit.
