This whole thing just shows how our media are just a bunch of incompetent idiots. They just wanted a story and then didn't care if it was true or not. To report that a man such as T.O. has tried to commit suicide without knowing all the facts is a travesty. They need to apologize to him, his family and his team. I watched the T.O. press conference and I really believed him. I mean come on a man that supposedly took 35 pills would not be that bright and appear to be happy. You take the man at his word and that's it. It should be a dead issue now. I'm done with it. Its really just T.O's . business anyway. This has just became ridiculous. I mean come on do we really need to know stupid things like T.O. was late to work. I mean come on we'll all been late sometime or another. I say backoff and let the man play ball.

First: I am no Terrell Owens fan and I wish Jerry Jones had not signed him.

That said, TO, despite some recent personal problems, has never seemed to be edging to the suicidal, or ever displayed any odd mental tendencies besides the need to be noticed.

Going over all the information available, this is my take on what happened. TO took some pain killers with other supplements (his own statement). This combination produced an unexpected side effect...that of temporary, drug induced, profound depression. In that state, he took the overdose that he's alleged to have taken.

Time passes, bad reaction wears off, TO is back to being TO.

Now: the question is why not just say so. If my theory is correct, and I have personal experience of a perscription drug producing a suicidal state, then TO's experience would serve as an object lession to all to be careful when mixing drugs and supplements.
By dodging the issue, it makes everyone look bad.

Well if you think about it if he was pretneding to act like he was going to commit suicide and arranged for it to get out then he will get a lot of attention and publicity. I think it is a stunt. But honestly I would not have attempted such a thing with or without the money.

I think he may have some issues that he needs to sort out. But he is a person too that can get depressed like anyone else. Money isn't everyting.

Money has nothing to do with it. If someone is depressed or has a chemical imbalance they can still kill themselves. Plenty of rich people have offed themselves.

However I don't think he tried to kill himself. I think he was abusing the painkillers to get high and went too far.

Just my opinion.

Suicide is the ultimate act of selfishness and we all know T.O. is the most selfish person on the planet. Does that answer your question?

I don't think he tried to kill himself, he has much too high an opinion of himself to do anything like that!
