I am not sure whether you mean a "real"live lily-of -the-valley, attached to the invitation. Or a picture of a lily-of-the-valley on the invitation.
If you want a real flower, do a deal with your florist. If you want a picture of a lily-of -the-valley, any good stationary printer will be able to do this.

Check Ebay wedding invitations, there are people on there who will make the cards to meet your requirements.
