a teen thinks they are so mistreated! they also think their parents are stupid jerks! most of the time they disrespect adult authority and they think they no more about everything than any adult. they seemed to forget who pays the bills. through the years most teen did it in varying degrees, some worse than others. this will probably always be the case. in my opinion with technology and to many choices out there for teenagers it has become more difficult for the parents than it did 30 years ago!
my parents had one rule, "HE WHO HAS THE GOLD MAKES THE RULES".

you think you cannot do anything, that no one treats you as a adult,, The funny thing is when you become a adult,, we all wish we could go back and enjoy being a teen again,, work work work,, bills bills bills,, relationship problems kid problems,,,

hell I wish I was a teen again, Free room and board,, food,, and only had to take out garbage and mow the lawn,, hell of alot better than a 60 hour work week

Not knowing who you are or what you want to do with your life. Giving into any crazy ideas just to be accepted. Find out who you are, and stand up for what you believe. Don't give into the hype.

You're sure you know everything and your parents know nothing. This feeling reverses in later years.
