If I were you I'd go to http://www.ripoffreport.com/ and check them out. If they aren't there it either means they are o.k. or no one has bothered to report them (or, they don't know about the web site in order to report them).

I have been in Real Estate over 20 years. Timeshares are never a good investment. They are the worst venue for your money. Many buy them for that one time a year trip. But what they don't realize is they can go first class all the way for the price and unkeep fees of the timeshare. You have to pay monthly or yearly fees associated with the timeshare to pay for all the workers who operate the resort, the groundskeeping, maids, renting, etc. It is a real money pit. If you are super rich and have money to burn, buy a timeshare. I guarantee you will watch your money fly out of your hands.
