I was wondering if anyone has adult onset asthma & what have you done to get it under control?

I have allergies and asthma most of my life and use advail and singulair and a nebulizer with albuterol sulfate .

Find out what things you are allergic to and most importantly if you have an attack,remain calm,panic will make any attack worse,remaining calm will help,only a doctor can tell you if you need inhalers or medications.

Yes, and you have to use your inhalers properly, and if possible, move to a less polluted area. Since moving from eastern Ontario to Alberta, I hardly have to use anything !
