So funny, I have the same problem. I'm not incontinent either but for some reason the up and down motion makes me lose control. It has to do with weakening of the pelvic floor muscles due to childbirth and gravity over time. I make sure I go right before getting on the tramp with my girls. I've been trying keigel exercises to help tone the muscles down there too.

Trampolining is good for the lymphatic ('drainage') system - all the fluids in your body get a go around. If you go to the loo (even if you don't need it) before you jump then it wont happen and you can jump with confidence. I had two children close togethor but otherwise have no weak bladder or pelvic muscle issues.

Eek, sounds like your joining the millions of other women who have a weak bladder. Plenty of things you can do to help it, toning your pelvic floor muscles for a start. Also, grab a pack of Tena Lady so you know youre not going to be embarressed again. They very absorbent should have have an accident :O) Xx

A lot of women experience this as they get older. When doing jumping jacks I have to run to the bathroom too. Not sure what really causes this other. Kegal exercise can help stregthen you're "hold it in" muscles. If you know you're going to be doing any jumping or even running you can wear a pad and that will help hold in any leakage, though probably not a "full pee."

Your pelvic muscles are probably to weak. Buy a pelvic muscle toner or just squeeze your muscles regularly, it can be done anytime, whilst cooking or standing in a queue! Yoga is also good for strengthening your pelvic muscles. Your husband will thank you for it as well!

This type of thing is quite common with woman, especially as they get older. My mum had a similar problem - e.g it would happen with running
Maybe what you experienced was a one off. But my mum had an operation down there and it was very successful. If it happens it another situation maybe go and see the doc! Good luck

So sorry that happened to you! I had that happen once, it was awful! Sounds as though your bladder dropped when you jumped and lost control. Its fairly normal for something like this to happen, our bladders can sometimes prolapse (or fall) and cause incontinence, although embarassing, it can happen. My suggestion is if you wish to jump on his trampoline you need to wear a Poise pad to ensure it wouldn't happen again or urinate before jumping again. If it is bothersome visit your doctor or GYN doctor and discuss your options. Good Luck!
