I'm sure some are but not all of them are. There are black clubs as well. There's even a Miss Black USA pageant but there's not a white Miss USA pageant ...anyone can enter. Society is still separating us by race and religion in some ways. It will take continued effort to change this. When we all treat each other as individual human beings instead of black, white, hispanic, etc. The world will be a more peaceful place.

Not necessarily. Country clubs are places where "most" people go to show off their wealth or enjoy a good game of golf. I'm sure that there are clubs out there that do cater to those individuals that are prejudiced, however, it isn't the club that breeds this kind of ignorance, it's in there roots. People learn by example and if parents and teach their children to believe in right and wrong, they could also teach them about prejudice. It's not about clubs, but ignorant people.

For some I don't think they mean to be racist, but the may not want any other races in their club. I think prejudice (above) is a good way of putting it. I don't know what it is. It's weird.

I have no idea. I am white but middle class so I'm not trash and I'm not country club material either. I think the word for them would me more prejudice than racist.

In my experience, no. They are not racist, but a lot can be (and are) discriminatory towards others that aren't in their social standing.

For example, they will talk down to those shopping at Walmart vs some designer store no matter their color or background.
