I think it was Hillary Clinton who called abortion "a necessary evil." And it is a tragedy to end the process of life. I would think this would be a solemn serious issue for pro-choicers, but some (and I stress SOME) are acutally proud of abortion. Why?

I don't think you know what you're talking about.

Maybe it's because it was an incredibly tough decision that they probably got a lot of flak for, but they made it and got through it and it turned out to be the right choice for them. Maybe it's sort of how someone could be proud for dumping an abusive boyfriend. It was hard and unpleasant, but they did it and now they're happier for it.

I would assume it's because it was such a difficult decision to make. Kind of like 'look what I survived'.

Maybe they just like to throw it in others' faces. "Hey it's my body, my choice, so there."

A baby is born at 5:00. Kill it at 4:59, and it's "abortion." Kill it at 5:01, and it's murder. Doesnt' make much sense to me.
