Invite some people over that you know but don't know really personally. It sounds like you are lonely. Maybe I'm wrong and if I am I'm sorry. But if you invite people that you don't really know you are going to make some new friends. I don't mean invite strangers but maybe co-workers or if your in college then some people from school. Or from your neighborhood.
Or you can go to the movies, out to eat. Call your mom and thank her for raising you. Maybe the two of you could go out if you have that kind of relationship.

Go out and go crazy or do whatever you please that day. I won't gather all the friends for dinner, coz it sometimes dispoint you. Taking all the friends out can be fun.
