Either you are joking or have jumbled the answer. Mains is conducted after you qualify in Prelims. Have you failed in mains / interview ? If you are so confused, you need to go to a coaching class / counsellor to get your doubts cleared. Or visit http://www.upsc.gov.in

Did you say you have completed IAS Main exam? It is a bit hard to believe you. You should have formed the sentence at least more clearly.
Wish you luck in IAS, with your fighting with your husband, problem with youngest daughter, worry about first anniversary gift, zodiac signs and other questions you have posted here.

I think you should read your question once again please because you have jumbled it.As far as i know the preliminary is first taken and then the mains.If that is the case then go through competition success review magazine you will find list of institutes coaching students for IAS join any of them which you feel are good.
